This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Shahpur PS Case No. 311 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A and 26 of the Arms Act and Section 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he was apprehended in a drunken condition. Petitioner is in custody since 14.10.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has remained in jail since 14.10.2018, this application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
