Revision No. 55 of 2019 which stood dismissed for noncompliance of the order dated 22.11.2023 passed by this Court.
2. In paragraph '3' of the application, the petitioner has submitted that the Advocate Clerk of the learned Advocate met with an accident and got his hand multiple fracture. He was admitted in hospital and because of that the necessary steps towards filing of fresh notice could not be taken.

3. Having regard to the reasons shown to this Court, this Court allows this application. Cr. Revision No. 55 of 2019 is restored to its original file.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove the defects within two weeks from today.
