This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323 and 325 of the Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was earlier on bail and it is a case of misuse as the petitioner remained absconding from 1996. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the trial Court, on being satisfied, shall accept the bail bond. 06.05.2015. It has, further, been submitted that the offence is of the year 1989 and the petitioner heard that the case has ended in view of the compromise. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Tr. No. 1603 of 2014 (arising out of Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 48 of 1989) to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran.

The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial for early disposal.
