This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 304B and 201 of the Penal Code. The petitioner is gotia having no concern with the case and the cognizable offence, having similar allegation, have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 40677 of 2015.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 177 of 2014 (G.R. No. 5980 of 2014) to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
