For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Rakesh Kumar No.1, Adv. For the State : Smt. Sucheta Yadav APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 11-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was refused bail by the order dated 29.1.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 3767 of 2015. It appears that the case is at the stage of framing of charge and the Petitioner is an accused in three other cases. In view of the seriousness of the offence, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for bail is once again rejected.
