The present criminal writ application has been filed for the following relief(s):- "(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) to the respondents to complete the investigation of Darpa P.S. Case No. 96 of 2024 dated 07.07.2024, registered for offences under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and under Section 3(1)(r)(s)(w)(i), 3(2) (v) of the SC/ST Act, impartially forthwith in accordance with law.

3. This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Magistrate concerned for redressal of his grievances in accordance with law and in view of the law laid down by Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu v. State of U.P. reported as (2008) 2 SCC 409.
