JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that occurrence took place in the year 1996 and petitioner could be remanded in this case in the year 2015, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Paharpur P.S.Case No. 99 of 1996 corresponding to session trial no. 1548 of 2015, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari stands rejected.

However, the concerned court should commit the trial of the petitioner to the court of sessions in accordance with law within six weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
