2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/ Mahindra and Mahindra Finance has stated that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2980 of 2024(8) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 vehicle is still with the respondents and in case the petitioner pays the above amounts, they are willing to release the same.

3. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to clear the above mentioned outstanding dues to the respondent-Finance Limited within a period of four weeks. On payment of the same, the respondent-Finance Company shall release the vehicle. In case the petitioner has any other grievance, he is free to approach the Consumer Court for deficiency of the service.

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
