The petitioner has filed the present writ application for commanding the respondents to remove the encroachment constructing the drain (Nala) on the road under the scheme of Gram Panchayat, Deora, Block- Jaley, District- Darbhanga which has caused inconvenience to the concerned people who use the road of state government.

Considering the relief sought for, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Darbhanga (Respondent no. 3) within a period of 30 days from today. The Respondent No. 3 shall consider the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3492 of 2019(2) dt.22-02-2019 2/2 grievance/representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation, after giving opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties.
