Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 328 of 2020 registered for the offence under sections 498A, 323, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report. He never demanded any dowry nor tortured the opposite party no. 2, rather, it is the opposite party no. 2 who herself does not want to live with this petitioner. Petitioner is unemployed and does not have any source of income whereas the opposite party no. 2 is employed as an Assistant in State

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8939 of 2022(9) dt.18-04-2023 2/2 Food Corporation and is getting a handsome salary of Rs. 20,000/- per months, as stated in paragraphs 8 and 9 of the supplementary affidavit. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistate III, Patna in connection with Beur P.S.
