The petitioner, who is languishing in custody, seeks bail in a case registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code, is one of the named accused in this case with general and omnibus allegation. Submission is of false implication. Nothing at all specifically attributed against the petitioner except his presence at the spot. Further he carries no criminal antecedent. If it is so, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48299 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No.255 of 2014, subject to condition to remain physically present before the court below on each and every date till disposal of the case and in case of failure on two consecutive dates without giving any reasonable explanation, the privilege granted shall be deemed to be cancelled.
