The petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Bihpur ( Jhandapur) P.S. Case No. 178 of 2014 , G.R. No. 648 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that F.I.R. was lodged against unknown. However, at subsequent stage the informant named the petitioner and thereafter he was implicated in the present case. He submits that petitioner is a resident of nearby village of the informant and there is no allegation in the F.I.R. that at the time of committing crime the accused persons had concealed their faces. It was also submitted that no allegation has been made.

No.49406 of 2014 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 Keeping in view the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner namely Manish Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10000/- (Rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Naugachia at Bhagalpur in connection with Bihpur (Jhandapur ) P.S.
