The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for noncompliance of the order dated 16.11.2017. The Housing Board-respondent filed show cause and Annexure-A of the show cause shows that the entire amount of the difference of salary for the period of suspension, i.e. 22.07.1987 to 27.08.1990 has been ordered to be paid.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that let a calculation chart be also served to the petitioner.

Patna High Court MJC No.3608 of 2017 (4) dt.07-02-2018 2/2 Since the order has already been complied with, this contempt petition is dismissed with a direction to the Managing Director to furnish the calculation chart to the petitioner preferably within two months.
