2. Considering the nature of grievance raised in the present writ application, the Court deem it fit and proper to direct the respondent University to examine the claim of the petitioners for distribution of grant allocated by the State Government under Vitta

Patna High Court CWJC No.6651 of 2017 dt.03-04-2018 2/2 Rahit Shiksha Niti to the teaching and non-teacher staff working against the sanctioned post within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

3. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the respective claim of the petitioners.

4. It also goes without saying that the University is supposed to finalize the list of teacher working against the sanctioned post and whose case was scrutinized by the selection committed constituted under Section 57(A) of the Bihar Universities Act.

5. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
