Govt. of A.P. & Others reported in (2001) 1 SCC 516 read with the case of L. Chandra Kumar V. Union of India & Ors. reported in (1997) 3 SCC261.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioners to resort remedy before appropriate forum.
