Petitioner is accused in connection with Sasaram Town P.S. Case No. 453 of 2015 registered under Section 397 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. in course of investigation, the petitioner was apprehended and the police got recorded his confessional statement showing the recovery of gold and silver ornaments and cash Rs. 1000/-. It is also submitted that while the petitioner was put on Test Identification Parade on 30.06.2015, but neither informant nor two other witnesses identified the petitioner. It is also submitted that

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Sessions Judge-IVth, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram Town P.S. Case No.453 of 2015 corresponding to Session Tr. No. 500 of 2015.
