2. A show-cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party nos. 4 to 6 and with reference to the averments made therein it is submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court, all

Patna High Court MJC No.3241 of 2017(3) dt.08-09-2023 2/2 the stake holders have been provided the opportunity of hearing and the order has been passed on 05.12.2017 and thus the present contempt petition has become infructuous.

3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present contempt petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to assail the order passed by the Collector, Madhubani in Aaganbari Misc. Case No. 46 of 201617.

4. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties and the order of this Court having been complied with, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.

5. Needless to observe that the petitioner is at liberty to assail the order passed by the Collector, Madhubani in Aaganbari Misc. Case No. 46 of 2016-17, if she feels aggrieved. (Harish Kumar, J) uday/- U
