Two petitioners, who are in custody since 1.6.2014 in connection with Chousa P.S. Case No. 67 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 25 (1-B) A , 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, have prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners the petitioners were falsely implicated in the present case. The Police has implicated the petitioners showing recovery of arms and ammunitions from the possession of petitioners. Keeping in view the period of custody i.e. from 1.6.2014, let both the petitioners namely Md. Iboo @ Ibran @ Ibrahim and Md. Ashik @ Bishwa @ Bisho be enlarged on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49290 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10000 (rupees ten thousand ) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Uda Kishunganj (Madhepura) in connection with Chousa P.S. Case No. 67 of 2014.
