JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No.257 of 2019, G.R. No. 3624 of 2019 for the alleged offence under section 366A of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons as per F.I.R is that they have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant Beauty Kumari.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention towards the statement of the victim girl recorded under section 164 of Cr.P.C. in which she has not named the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2019. Heard learned APP also.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of
