2. This modification application has been filed for extension of time to surrender before the court below for furnishing his bail bond in terms of the order dated 04.12.2024 passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 80989 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 04.12.2024, the petitioner was granted bail and six weeks' time was granted to the petitioner to surrender before the lower court but as he resides outside the state for his livelihood and message about grant of bail was not communicated to him,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15573 of 2025(2) dt.05-03-2025 2/2 so he could not surrender before the lower court for furnishing his bail bond within time fixed by this Court. As such, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for extension of time to surrender before the lower court for furnishing his bail bond.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and averments made in the application, this modification application is allowed.

5. Four weeks' further time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below for furnishing his bail bond in terms of the order dated 04.12.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 80989 of 2024.

6. The order dated 04.12.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 80989 of 2024 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
