The petitioner, who is husband of the complainant and in custody since 20.07.2015 in connection with Complaint Case no. 303 of 2011 registered for the offence under Sections 323, 498(A), 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, has prayed for grant of bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case.
