Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No.346 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 272/273 of IPC and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has committed no offence and falsely been implicated in this case. Further submits that petitioner has no concern with the seized liquor and is not present at the spot. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 21.12.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8825 of 2020(2) dt.14-02-2020 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ, IInd cum Special Judge Excise, Buxar in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No.346 of 2019.
