2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 684 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable u/s 147, 148, 149 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Jamui.

3. After some arguments, learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within three weeks and seek regular bail.

4. Permission is granted with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Court below for grant of regular bail which would be considered on its merits in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8420 of 2025(7) dt.02-07-2025 2/2 accordance with law without being prejudiced by the present order.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
