Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 02.12.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73189 of 2019, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail. For the reasons disclosed in this application, it is allowed and the time granted by the order dated 02.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73189 of 2019 for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12493 of 2022(2) dt.24-06-2022 2/2 from today, subject to deposit of Rs. 10,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority. At the time of surrender, the petitioner shall furnish the receipt showing deposit of Rs. 10,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
