The petitioners seeks regular bail in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 348 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 448, 323, 324, 307, 379, 380, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioner no. 1 was the agent of the winning candidate in the PACS election and during celebrations after the win some disputes arose resulting in false implication of the petitioners. It has also been submitted that there is no specific overt act alleged against the petitioners in the First Information Report.

Considering the facts and submissions, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50827 of 2014 (3) dt.03-03-2015 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 348 of 2014, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade their from disclosing such fact to the Court:

(b) The petitioners shall be will represented on each date in the court below and their failure to do so on two sequential dates shall entail cancellation of their bail bonds:

(c) The petitioners shall abide by the above conditions scrupulously and in case of violation of any of the conditions, the prosecution would be at liberty to move the Court for cancellation of bail.
