One knife and one cartridge are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, when the petitioner along with others had assembled to commit dacoity. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 09-09-2015. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Beur P.S.
