The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Tankuppa P.S. Case No. 92/2018 registered under Sections 302,325 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M. - 1, Gaya.

As per allegation, this petitioner had given a Lathi blow on the head of the brother of the informant which caused injury and it started bleeding. It appears that the brother of the informant died in course of treatment.

Considering the nature of allegation, this court is not willing to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and this application is dismissed. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) Rajeev/- U T
