JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-11-2015 Heard Sri Rama Kant Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is in custody since 03.08.2015 in Mufasil P.S. Case no.284/15 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26,35 of the Arms Act, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was falsely implicated in the present case. He is a student of B.A.( Part-I) and is having no criminal antecedent , which has also been stated in paragraph-3 of the petition. Case no.284/15.
