JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-05-2019 The petitioner has the grievance that his grandfather has donated a piece of land in the name of the Governor of Bihar through a registered deed of transfer for the purpose of a College being established. The terms of the deed require that a College in the name of Brajnandan Choudhary shall be established. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the College is not functioning and, therefore, the land donated by his grandfather should be returned to the family of the donor. My attention has been drawn to an order passed by

Patna High Court CWJC No.7000 of 2019(3) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 18204 of 2009, dated 28.01.2011, to contend that in similar circumstance, the land was donated by some other persons for establishment of the same college, this Court allowed the petitioners of that case to represent the District Magistrate raising their claim and grievance. Considering the above submission, this application is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner shall also be at liberty to approach the Collector of the district making a representation. If the same is done within one month from today, the representation must be considered and disposed of within six months thereafter.
