JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 38 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation is of recovery of 150 litres of liquor from the Bathan of co-accused and petitioner was arrested there while fleeing away from the place of occurrence.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that on suspicion he has been arrested, having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 20.1.2020. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of
