====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-08-2021 Heard the parties in virtual Court.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Sections 302 and 201 IPC were added. Charges have already been framed. Due to COVID effect, the trial could not expedite in pursuance of direction of this Court dated 04.03.2020 while refusing prayer for bail to the petitioner vide order at Annexure-1.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge him on bail in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 283 of 2018.

Hence, prayer is refused.

If the trial would not conclude within nine months, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew the prayer. Learned trial Judge as well as SSP, Muzaffarpur be
