The petitioner is accused in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 262 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The accusation against the petitioner is to cause injury to the informant through Lathi and Danda whereas specific allegation against co-accused, Nitish Kumar, is to shot fire at the left shoulder of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with general and omnibus

No.51460 of 2015 (2) dt.21-12-2015 allegation to abuse and assault but specific allegation against coaccused, Nitish Kumar, is to shot fire at the left shoulder of the informant. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 12.09.2015. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. Ist Class, Hilsa, in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 262 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
