C. Act, 1988.

Heard Mr. A. S. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Rama Kant Sharma, learned Senior Counsel, appearing for the Vigilance.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to approach this Court again with appropriate application.

No objection has been raised to the prayer for withdrawal made by the petitioner.
