SINHA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 14-10-2015 In the light of the order of the High Court dated 26.10.2010 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8522 of 2003 Senior Divisional Manager, L.I.C. has passed order dated 06.02.2015 rejecting the request of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment on the ground that his father died in the year 1997, by now 17 years have passed, as such, petitioner not being in penury and survived all these years does not deserve compassionate appointment in the light of Rule 21 of the L.I.C. Recruitment (of Class III & Class IV Staff) Instructions, 1993. Copy of the
Patna High Court MJC No.710 of 2015 dt.14-10-2015 said order has been produced by the counsel for the L.I.C. Let counsel hand over a copy of the said order along with its covering letter to the counsel for the petitioner as also place one set of the order along with covering letter on the records of this case.
The contempt application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to assail the said order if he is aggrieved and not satisfied with the contents of the same.
