2. The present interlocutory application has been filed for condonation of delay of 1393 days in preferring this revision.

3. The petitioner (State of Bihar) preferred this civil revision against the order dated 03-03-2016 passed by Bihar Public Works Contracts Disputes Arbitration Tribunal.

4. The cause of delay in preferring this revision has been mentioned at paragraphs-3, 4, 5 & 6 of the I.A. No. 02 of 2023. This hopelessly delay in preferring the appeal has been attempted to be explained by submitting that due to movement of file from one table to another, this delay caused.
