JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER ------------- 27-08-2015 Learned AC to AAG-X appearing on behalf of the appellantState submits that in view of the Notification No.1544 dated 03.12.2014 issued by the Department of Revenue and Land Reforms (Land Acquisition Directorate), Government of Bihar, Patna, the appellant-State has decided not to prefer the appeal in the land acquisition matter up-to the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- and it was also decided to withdraw the appeal up-to the amount of Rs.3,00,000/-. The present First appeal is valued at Rs.44816.90/-.

In that view of the matter, learned AC to AAG-X appearing on behalf of the appellant-State seeks permission to withdraw this appeal. Permission is accorded.

This appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
