18-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Jitendra Kumar Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. This is the 2nd attempt for grant of bail within a very short period. Recently, on 23-09-2014, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected with other accused persons, vide Cr. Misc. No. 24094 of 2014 and other connected petitions, by a detailed order. Without any change of circumstances, the present petition has been filed.

I do not find any ground to entertain the petition. The petition again stands dismissed.
