The petitioner in this case is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 217 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and there is no specific allegation of causing assault against the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case wherein it is the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no specific allegation of assault against this petitioner and this submission has not been controverted by learned APP, let the petitioner above named in case of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 217 of 2018 be

Priyanka Kumari, J. M. Ist Class, Jehanabad, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. i.e.

(i) a condition that the person shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

(ii) a condition that the person shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;
