28-05-2020 This matter is taken up for consideration through Video Conferencing under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with a prayer to direct the respondents to make payment of her retiral benefits like Provident Fund amounts deducted from the salary, Family Pension and other consequential monetary benefits

Patna High Court CWJC No.16270 of 2017(4) dt.28-05-2020 2/2 including the dues of petitioner derived from grant of ACP etc. while she was in service and other admissible dues. In this regard, counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no. 7/Chief Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Buxar as well as on behalf of respondent no. 8 and 9 has already been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a prayer for disposal of the writ petition with direction to the concerned respondent(s) for making payment of outstanding dues of the petitioner.

Accordingly, this writ petition is being disposed of with direction to respondent no. 7/Chief Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Buxar to make payment of all the admitted dues to the petitioner, if not paid, within a period of two months from today.

With above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
