The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No.190 of 2014 registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, after 19 days of the occurrence, the police detected that the alleged mobile set was being used putting the SIM of one Pravin Kumar Singh, the brother of the petitioner, by this petitioner. Except that, there is nothing against the petitioner to connect him in the commission of the alleged offence. It is also

Parade while the informant has claimed to have identified the culprits on seeing them again. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No.190 of 2014.
