1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That, this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction commanding the respondents to grant yearly increments to the petitioner of the period prior to the date he had passed Hindi Noting and drafting exam which were not given to the petitioner who retired from the post of Pra. A. Ni. (Prashikshan) i.e. Reserve Sub Inspector from Bihar Police from Kaimuar (Bhabhua) district on 31-03-2019 and also grant him is consequential arrears of difference of pay and retiral benefits and also make revision in his pension accordingly and also pay his arrear of difference of pension or for any other order or
Patna High Court CWJC No.3502 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 orders which this Hon'ble may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of this case."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
