The petitioner seeks bail in Pawana P.S. Case No. 4 of 2012, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner that he brought the daughter of the informant to look after his pregnant wife Hasan Devi, but the victim did not return to her parent's house. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim returned to her parent's house, but she fled away somewhere else from the house of her parents. The petitioner is in jail since 21.11.2013.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the informant and others have stated that the petitioner sold the

No.48519 of 2014 (3) dt.21-04-2015 2/2 daughter of the informant but there is no material on record, the petitioner claimed that the daughter of the informant returned to her house and from there she fled away somewhere else and the fact that the petitioner is in jail for more than one year, he above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Pawana P.S.
