Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a complaint case filed under Sections 341, 323, 379, 384, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there has been delay of about 7 days in lodging the first information report and injury is simple in nature. It is further contended that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent.
Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today in Manpur P.S. Case no.54 of 2015, the above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52263 of 2015 (3) dt.16-02-2016 2 / 2 named petitioner, Dilip Paswan shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
