01/2019 Mr. Najib, the learned Advocate presses I.A. No. 01/2019, seeking condonation of delay of more than three years in preferring the instant memo of appeal against the order dated 23.03.2015 passed by the learned Single Judge in C.W.J.C. No. 841 of 2015.

No good ground has been raised by the

Patna High Court L.P.A No.211 of 2019(3) dt.28-02-2023 2/2 appellant / applicant in the Interlocutory Application, referred to above, for condoning the delay of more than three years.

The prayer made in the Interlocutory Application No. 01/2019 is thus, rejected.

Consequently, this appeal (L.P.A. No. 211/2019) also stands rejected.
