The grievance of the petitioners stands noted in the order passed by this Court on 7.8.2017 and briefly stating is that although the petitioners succeeded in a selection process held as back as in 2014, they are yet awaiting appointment order. It is taking note of the lapses on the part of the respondent authorities and presently the Registrar, Cooperative Societies that a direction
Patna High Court CWJC No.20335 of 2016 (4) dt.16-08-2017 2/2 was issued to him to conclude the exercise and report to this Court by 16.8.2017. It is following the order so passed that a supplementary counter affidavit is being filed enclosing the appointment order bearing letter No.6349 dated 10.8.2017, a copy of which is present at Annexure-F series. Learned State counsel in reference to paragraphs 4 and 5 of the supplementary counter affidavit submits that the order has been complied and while producing a letter No. 1267 dated 16.8.2017 he submits that all the petitioners have joined their respective posts. Let letter No. 1267 dated 16.8.2017 so produced by Mr. Anil Kumar A.C. to S.C.8 be retained on the records of the proceedings.
In view of the position so explained, the writ petition stands disposed of.
