Patna High Court CWJC No.2803 of 2022(2) dt.04-03-2022 2/3 and take appropriate action against the concerned authorities who did not declare the name of Sahdullahpur Dhabauli Panchayat under Bidupur Block District of Vaishali food prone area whereas this Panchayat is completely submerged by flood and also did not grant flood relief fund to the People and their animals of the said Panchayat and misappropriated the fund allotted by the Govt. of Bihar for 13 districts including the Vaishali District who are Partially or wholly affected by flood. And/or pass such other order/orders, direction/directions as your lordships may think fit and proper."

After the matter was heard for some time, finding the Bench not to be in favour of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, states that the petition, in its present form, may be permitted to be withdrawn reserving liberty to file afresh with better particulars on the same and subsequent cause of action, if so required and desired. Prayer allowed.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

Also liberty reserved to the petitioner to take recourse to such other remedies as are otherwise available in

Patna High Court CWJC No.2803 of 2022(2) dt.04-03-2022 3/3 accordance with law.

Interlocutory application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
