JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2023 The petitioner has filed a present writ application for a direction to the respondents to pay arrears of salary as well as current salary of the petitioners who are working as Panchayat Teacher since 2019.
2. Learned counsel for the State submits that arrears of salary of the petitioners have already been paid from November, 2019 to April, 2023. Insofar as current salary is concerned, learned counsel submits that the salary, due from May 2023, and a current salary shall be paid within a period of one month i.e. as soon as the fund is released by the government.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present
Patna High Court CWJC No.2691 of 2023(2) dt.14-12-2023 3/3 application is being disposed with a direction to the respondents to ensure payment of salary to the petitioner starting from May 2023 and onwards as early as possible just after release of the fund from the State Government.
