This matter has been placed out of turn since the daughter of the petitioner is getting marriage on 20.02.2015. Supplementary affidavit to that effect has been filed. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 15.07.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Indian Penal Code. From the possession of the petitioner one country made pistol and ten cartridges have been recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR suggests that only one country made pistol and ten cartridges have been recovered whereas seizure list reflects that one motorcycle was also recovered from the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48909 of 2014 (02) dt.06-02-2015 2/2 possession of the petitioner.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the period under custody, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No. 110 of 2014.
