There is recovery of pistol from the possession of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence rather he has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody since 02.08.2019, having no criminal antecedent and charge sheet has been submitted, as such there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, let

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7289 of 2020(2) dt.24-02-2020 2/2 petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional chief Judicial Magistrate - I, Danapur Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No.609/2019.
