1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That, this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction for quashing order no.-1.12015/A(Discp)/NA B.K.
Pandey- 28AR/18/9215 at 06-12-2018 issued by Lt. Col, SOI (A) Directorate General Assam Rifles Shillong-10 i.e. Annexure- 9 where by mercy appeal filed by the petitioner to reinstate him in service has been rejected which is illegal and for a direction to the respondents to treat the petitioner reinstated in service w-e-f 12-122003 and grant him his back wages and pension etc as he has already attained his age of

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall approach the appropriate forum/Court of Law of competent jurisdiction for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.
3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
